independent scientists. Our salmon is among the finest farm-raised norwegian
Atlantic salmon you can find anywhere. The farms in which our salmon are raised
are carefully guarded against disease and foreign bacteria. And while salmon
farms in other countries still heavily rely on antibiotics to maintain the
health of their stock, the use of antibiotics in Norway continues to decline
exponentially. You can taste the difference!
Frequently, we offer special dishes. These dishes
are chosen for their taste as well as sustainability of the species we have
chosen. Whether it is the Alaskan Halibut we sell from a highly regulated and
guarded fishery, or our crab legs which come from the coast of Newfoundland, we
